MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS/PROVIDERS:
A MESSAGE FROM SHANNON :
Four things I want you to know before you begin therapy with me:
1. I want treatment to work just as much as you do.
2. I am not judging you, and need to hear all of your truth(s) in order to best support you. You can't heal what you won't reveal.
3. I will not fight you for your healing.
What that means is: I will not work harder than you do. However, I will be right there beside you as we navigate your Mental Health journey together.
4. If you don't connect with me, that's okay. Don't be afraid to try someone new, and to keep trying until you find the right fit.
Due to updates regarding insurance providers our office accepts: Please list your insurance provider when requesting an appointment.
